Based in California's Bay Area Region, our association thrives on
bringing the Sindhi Community together for various cultural events,
charitable causes and volunteering opportunities. Our organization is based on a non profit model to best serve our community's needs. Our main goal is always to bring the Sindhi Community together by organizing cultural events and providing a platform for volunteering opportunities. Some of the areas we focus on are:
Global Events such as Sindhi Sammelan and networking with sister organizations
Organization of various celebrations such as Cheti Chand, Diwali, Annual Picnic, etc
Volunteering for cultural, spiritual and religious events
Kids committee focuses on events and opportunities for children aged 3 to 12
Youth committee focuses on events and opportunities for children aged 12 to 19
Seniors committee focuses on events and opportunities for seniors aged 65 or older
Membership Drive focusing on increasing the community's reach within Northern California

A yearly membership fee must be paid to attend SCNC events. The membership fee has been reduced drastically. $5.00 per adult/senior $2.00 per 6-18 yrs old $0.00 per 0-5 yrs old
